Oryx Global Advisors Appointed Lead Advisor to Holos Aqua Ltd. for USD 2.6 Billion Sustainable Onshore Aquaculture Project
Oryx Global Advisors LLC (“Oryx”), a leading international corporate advisory firm, is pleased to announce its appointment as Lead Advisor to Holos Aqua Ltd., a world-leading technology provider for sustainable food security solutions, in securing USD 2.6 billion in financing to establish one of the largest onshore fish farms in the world.
At full scale, the landmark project will produce over 500,000 tons per year of premium Atlantic salmon, making it one of the most ambitious and sustainable onshore aquaculture initiatives ever undertaken. The first phase will deliver 100,000 tons per year, fully vertically integrated from hatchery to packaging.
Holos Aqua’s mission is to meet the growing global demand for protein while advancing food security through eco-efficient, land-based fish farming. By leveraging cutting-edge Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) technology and a modular, scalable design, the project is rooted in sustainability, circular economy principles, and regional development.
The USD 2.6 billion investment will be structured on an equity and debt basis. The first harvest is targeted within 3–3.5 years, with full return on investment projected in under 7 years.
Through an exclusive partnership with Nofitech, the global leader in modular onshore fish farming systems, Holos Aqua gains access to unrivalled expertise and proven operational excellence—setting a new benchmark for large-scale, sustainable aquaculture projects.
Holos Aqua’s vision strongly resonates with Oryx’s mission to advance sustainable, impactful, and commercially viable industrial projects worldwide. To help steer this process, Holos Aqua has appointed select members of the Oryx team and their partners as Non-Executive Directors, strengthening the alignment between strategic guidance and project execution. This development also marks the first of several transformative projects planned across the Middle East and Asia, with Oryx looking forward to supporting Holos Aqua’s long-term growth and success.

Oryx Global Advisors Appointed Exclusive Advisor to New Wave Energy on Acquisition and Growth Strategy
Oryx Global Advisors LLC (“Oryx”), a leading international corporate advisory firm, is pleased to announce its appointment as exclusive advisor to New Wave Energy (“NWE”), an independent, privately owned Norwegian oil company built for the current transition era.
New Wave Energy is focused on acquiring a portfolio of producing oil assets with existing cash flow and demonstrable upside potential. The Company leverages a suite of proprietary technologies that enable the screening and identification of hidden opportunities in producing reservoirs — unlocking additional value through enhanced production, life-of-field extension, and near-field exploration.
In addition, NWE plans to investigate the suitability of its maturing reservoirs for CO₂ sequestration and long-term storage, enabling deferral of abandonment and creating significant improvements in financial returns while supporting the global energy transition.

Since its inception, NWE has strategically focused on identifying suitable regions for its business model and has already pinpointed multiple acquisition candidates. Assets will be secured through direct purchases, farm-ins, and strategic partnerships. The initial focus will be on assets, with a clear path towards operatorship for greater control and value creation.
During its ramp-up phase, NWE has already validated its proprietary technology suite across a series of test projects, consistently demonstrating the ability to identify untapped potential and overlooked opportunities within producing reservoirs.
Oryx Global Advisors’ exclusive mandate will focus on structuring and securing potential partners as well as the capital required to execute NWE’s acquisition strategy, positioning the Company for accelerated growth and long-term value creation.
