If initial interest is confirmed, discussions typically progress towards the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and/or Confidentiality Agreement (CA), followed by further engagement, due diligence discussions, technical and commercial reviews, and ongoing coordination between the parties. - Towards Transaction Execution
Subject to successful negotiations and investor appetite, the process may ultimately progress towards indicative proposals, term sheets, structured financing discussions, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or other transaction structures aimed at achieving a successful outcome for the client.
